Below, you’ll find definitions of key terms and features to help you make the most of Wordbrew.

1. Collaborator

Someone you invite to contribute insights for your content project.

2. Internal collaborator

A teammate you invite to provide insights for your project. Internal collaborators are free.

3. External collaborator

An expert from Wordbrew's network invited to provide insights for your project. External collaborators can be free or paid.

4. File editor

A team member you invite during the content generation stage to add notes or live edit the content. Similar to Google Docs collaboration.

5. Paid editor

A Wordbrew expert you invite to edit your content at their specified rate per word.

6. Reference files

Files recommended by WordbrewAI as auto-context for your content. Use these as reference material to improve content accuracy during generation.

7. Style guidelines

Your brand hub. Includes style preferences like tone, call-to-actions, banned words, and punctuation. Wordbrew factors these guidelines into content generation.

8. Brief

Stage 1 of your project. Create a detailed brief with key project information to get started.

9. Outline mode

Stage 2 of your project. Use this stage to add collaborators, organize subheadings, define key points, and include reference files to perfect the content’s structure.

10. Templates

Wordbrew’s library of templates designed to automate content production for various content types or internal collateral.

11. Drag-and-drop templates

Create custom templates by dragging and dropping files. Ideal for automating content creation specific to your organization’s needs.

12. Integrations

Connect Wordbrew with tools like Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and more to streamline your workflow.

13. WordbrewAI chat

A chat feature that allows you to fine-tune or rework content in outline or generate mode by typing custom prompts.

14. Expert profile

Your public profile as a Wordbrew expert. Toggle visibility on or off to accept or decline requests on Wordbrew.
