Adding collaborators in Wordbrew lets you bring in experts or team members to contribute directly to your project, making it easier to create content that’s both insightful and aligned.
Step 1: Create a new project
On the left hand side of your dashboard, click Create to start a new project.
Step 2: Go to outline mode
At the bottom of the brief page, click Create again. This will take you to Outline mode.
Step 3: Access the collaborator panel
On the right side, look for the Add Collaborators button. This is where you’ll add anyone who can provide valuable input for your content.
Step 4: Choose between internal or external collaborators
Internal: Select this option to get insights from teammates or clients. They don't need to be part of your workspace.
External: If you need specialized insights, switch to the External tab for Wordbrew’s expert network and invite a subject matter expert to the project.
Step 5: Search for collaborators
Type in the email or name of the person you want to add. For external experts, enter relevant keywords. Wordbrew will recommend top experts based on the project you're working on.
Collaborators are added to the specific block you've selected. Don't worry about them having access to other sections in your outline.
And, remember to customize your invitation with a note!
Step 6: Invite your collaborator
Once you’ve found the right person, click to invite them. They’ll get an email with access instructions and can start contributing right away.
💡Tip: We recommend waiting for your collaborators to share insights before generating the first draft. Insights are heavily weighted at the generate stage, meaning your content will be more unique.
