Step 1: Start in outline mode
Once you’re in outline mode, head over to the right-hand panel. This is where you’ll see the option to add collaborators. Simply click on "Add Collaborators" to begin.
Step 2: Click 'External'
When you click "Add Collaborators," you’ll see two options:
Internal – Select this if you’re adding teammates or clients.
External – Use this to access Wordbrew’s network of industry experts.
If you’re looking for specialized insights, go for the External tab to search within Wordbrew’s expert network.
Step 3: Search for experts by keywords
In the search bar, you can type in a variety of terms: names, industries, years of experience, or other keywords that are specific to your project’s needs.
Wordbrew’s algorithm will pull up top expert matches based on your input, so you can browse a tailored list of professionals for your content.
Step 4: Review expert profiles
For each suggested expert, click to expand their profile and read more about their background, expertise, and the kind of insights they can provide.
You’ll also see their set rate per insight, with some experts offering their insights for free (indicated by a "Free" tag).
Step 5: Send an invitation
Once you’ve chosen the expert, click to send an invite. They’ll receive an email with access to the project, and they’ll be ready to contribute their unique perspective to help enhance your content.
