Adding collaborators to your Wordbrew project is a powerful way to strengthen content with expert insights. As a collaborator, you can share your valuable insights directly within projects, either by typing a response or recording a voice memo.
Step 1: Accept the insight request
After being invited to contribute insights, you’ll receive a notification in Wordbrew and via email. Click on the Insight Request in your dashboard to see the specific project and section that needs your input.
Click Accept to join and begin contributing.
💡 Tip: Check the request message to understand the context and focus of your insights. This will help you provide exactly what’s needed.
Step 2: Choose between text or voice memo
Once you’re in the Expert Insight panel, you’ll have two options for submitting your insights: Text or Voice. Pick the option that works best for you.
Step 3: Submit insights via text
If you choose Text, simply type your insight in the box provided. This is where you can share any relevant points, examples, or context that can guide the content.
Once you’re done, click Submit to save your input.
Step 4: Submit insights via voice memo
To record a voice memo, select the Voice tab and press the microphone icon. Once done, click Stop.
Click the Play button to review the recording if needed. If you need to re-record your insight, click the X in the right corner to delete.
Click Submit to send your insight.
💡Tip: Keep voice memos short and focused. Aim for a minute or two, covering the main points clearly.
After submitting, your insight will appear in the project's Context section, ready for collaborators to use. This keeps your input easily accessible for anyone drafting or editing the content.
