WordbrewAI’s intuitive features make it easy to structure, write, and refine blogs based on your specific goals. You can easily create, customize, and refine content to suit different purposes and audiences.

Step 1: Create a new project

  1. In your Wordbrew dashboard, click the Create button on the left side to start a new project.

  2. Fill in the project details, such as Title and Word Count.

  3. Choose a template if you have a specific blog structure in mind.

  4. Complete other fields as needed, like Brief, Project Deadline and Reference Documents.

  5. Once you’ve set everything up, click Create to open Outline mode.

Step 2: Using WordbrewAI in Outline mode

Outline mode helps you structure your content by defining key sections and subtopics. In each section, WordbrewAI has added bullet points that represent the main ideas or topics you want to cover. This acts as a roadmap for WordbrewAI in the next step.

Drag your cursor to highlight any text to open WordbrewAI. Use the Generate Prompt field to direct WordbrewAI’s focus on what each section should include when content is generated. For example:

  • For an introduction, you might prompt:
"Set up an engaging introduction that explains why this topic is important, mentions who it’s for, and previews the main points covered."

  • For a benefits section, you might prompt:
"Outline three key benefits of this topic, with brief bullet points summarizing each one."

  • For a tips section, you might prompt:
"List practical tips that readers can implement, with a bullet point for each tip."

💡 Tip: Keep prompts concise and focused on the type of content you want, rather than the full text itself. This makes it easy to guide WordbrewAI to generate content that fits with your outline.

Step 3: Generate the blog

Once your outline is complete, click the Generate button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Wordbrew will use your customized outline to generate a draft of your blog, following the instructions and structure you provided.

Step 4: Editing your blog with WordbrewAI

After generating the draft, review the content for accuracy, tone, and flow.

If certain sections need adjustments, drag your cursor to highlight text to open the Ask AI dropdown. Use the Ask AI options to refine the content:

  • Improve writing: Enhance clarity and coherence.

  • Make shorter or Make longer: Adjust the length of the text to meet your needs.

  • Change tone: Adjust the tone to better match your brand’s voice.

  • Translate: Translate content into different languages.

💡 Tip: Clear, direct prompts help WordbrewAI make precise edits. For example:

  • To clarify a section, prompt with: “Rewrite this section for simplicity and clarity.”

  • To add detail, try: “Expand this section with examples or statistics to support the main point.”

  • Tailor each prompt to fit the section’s purpose. For instance, in a Benefits section, you might prompt WordbrewAI to “List three main benefits of this topic, explaining each one with practical examples.”
