Customize your content workflow by creating templates tailored to your specific needs. Wordbrew’s template library makes it easy to build and manage custom templates.

Step 1: Navigate to the Templates section

In the left-hand menu, click on Templates. Once inside, select Create Custom Template to begin setting up your personalized template.

Step 2: Set up your template

Complete the following fields:

  • Template name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for your template, such as "Product Review" or "Event Recap."

  • Template base: From the dropdown menu, select a foundational structure, like General Blog or How To Blog.

  • Generate prompt: Add specific instructions to guide the template’s tone, structure, and focus.

Step 3: Customize advanced settings

Use the advanced settings to fine-tune your template:

  • Static title: Add a fixed title for the content or choose to hide it.

  • Section titles and prompts: Define section headers and add specific prompts for each section.

  • Word count: Set minimum and maximum word limits.

  • Section count: Control how many sections your template includes.

📚 Example: Creating a product review template

  • Title: Product Review Template

  • Prompt: "Describe the product’s key features and benefits. Offer an unbiased analysis of its pros and cons with examples. Use a tone that is informative and objective."

  • Advanced settings: Limit word count to 1,200 words with four sections: Introduction, Overview, Features, and Final Thoughts.

Once everything is set, click Submit to save your new template.

  • Use clear, actionable prompts in the generate prompt field to guide content creation.

  • Personalize section titles and prompts to match your desired structure.

  • Experiment with advanced settings to align the template with specific content goals, like word count or tone consistency.

Step 4: Use your custom template
