Templates provide a structured format for different content types, like blogs and tutorials, helping you stay organized and work faster. Wordbrew’s Template Library offers tailored templates to simplify project initiation and maintain consistency.
Step 1: Access the template library
In your Wordbrew dashboard, select Templates from the left sidebar. To customize a template, click Edit next to the template you want to modify.
Step 2: Edit an existing template
After selecting Edit, you’ll enter the Edit Template screen. You can adjust the Template Name, Base Template and Generate Prompt—the prompt that guides content creation.
Enter instructions in the Generate Prompt field to tailor the template to your needs.
Click Advanced Settings to access customization options, such as setting a static title, hiding the title, or defining minimum and maximum word counts.
When finished, click Submit.
💡 Tip: When editing the Generate Prompt field, add specific instructions matching the template’s purpose.
Step 3: Create a new template
To create a custom template, go to the Templates library and click Create Custom Template.
Enter a Template Name and choose a Template Base from the dropdown list to set the foundational structure.
In the Generate Prompt field, provide specific instructions to customize the template.
Under Advanced Settings, you can:
Set a Static Title or choose to hide the title.
Define Section Titles and Section Prompts to outline different parts of the content.
Adjust the Minimum and Maximum Words and the number of sections to control content length.
Click Submit to save your new template.
